Documents Requested from Investors
If not already provided to the Receiver, please mail copies of the following documents:
- All financial instruments (personal checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, etc.) used to transfer funds between you and the Entities involved not limited to front and back of canceled checks (both interest and principal);
- Promissory note(s) detailing your investment;
- Any literature/prospectus received describing the investment;
- A written narrative of the circumstances surrounding your investment;
- Representations made to you regarding the return you might receive on your investment; and
- Contact information for investor.
